The KL clinic is easy to get to from the Ampang Elevated Highway. Exit near Wisma Denmark. Turn left towards Concorde Hotel. At the traffic lights, turn left again on to Jalan Sultan Ismail.

Once on Jalan Sultan Ismail, turn right at the third traffic lights after Tunes Hotel. This road is Jalan Raja Laut.

The KL clinic is in Menara EON Bank on Jalan Raja Laut. It is opposite Wisma Sime Darby and Cosmopoint. Menara EON Bank is next to Plaza Hotel, which is the third building on your right, from the traffic lights;

You can easily find parking inside Menara Eon Bank or around the building as there are a lot of open air car park areas.

We suggest you park in Menara EON Bank at the 6^th Level as there is ample space and there is easy access to the car park lifts. You can park on level 2 but it is a long walk to the car park lift which is on level 3. The car parking fee is RM2 per hour.

Klinik Pergigian Fauziah is on the lower ground floor next to the Food Court

Take the car park lift down to the lower ground floor. Turn right towards the Food court and right again to the shops. Klinik Pergigian Fauziah is next to Tan and Mano Medical Clinic

Our operating hours are from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

We are open from Mondays through to Fridays except on Public Holidays in this branch.

Klinik Pergigian Fauziah in Taman Melawati

The main clinic is in Taman Melawati business area flanked by CIMB Bank, Tenaga Nasional and Ace Hardware.

From Ampang, traveling on the MRR2, Klinik Pergigian Fauziah is most easily accessed through the turn off to Wangsa Melawati which is after the Taman Permata turn off.

Make a U-turn under that flyover at the Wangsa Melawati turnoff, to double back towards the entrance to Taman Melawati housing sections.

From the base of the flyover, at about 100m there will be a turnoff on your left to the commercial areas. This turnoff is just before the bus stop and overhead walkway bridge. Turn left in and left again to access the car park immediately in front of you.

We suggest you park at this carpark and walk towards CIMB Bank, Tenaga Nasional and Ace Hardware.

The clinic is on the same row as CIMB Bank, above Ayamas which is besides Domino’s Pizza and facing Secret Recipe Restaurant.

We operate from 9:30 am to 12 noon and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm

We are open from Mondays through Saturdays except for Public Holidays in the main clinic.
