Dr. Fauziah started her career in creating beautiful smiles in 1986. Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, she graduated from University of Malaya. She received the prestigious ‘Fellow Of The International College Of Dental Surgeons’ in 1990 and the ‘Comprehensive Licence Certification In Implant Dentistry’ from the Ministry of Health, UAE in 2013. Dr. Fauziah is also an avid SCUBA diver, a PADI open Water SCUBA instructor and Dolphin Rebreather Diver since 1999. She writes a travelogue on her many trips abroad and loves mixed media, acrylic painting, and photography of both land and underwater sceneries.
Dr. Fauziah brings her creativity, eye for detail, and love for colours and contours into her work whenever creating beautiful smiles. She makes people feel at ease as she listens attentively to their needs. Her goal is to have patients feel confident that they are cared for, leaving the clinic in a happier place than when they came in.
Dr Shanaz holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from MAHSA University. He comes from a family of dentists; his grandfather, father and mother are all dentists, which makes him a third-generation dental surgeon.
Whilst also practicing in the clinic as a clinician, Dr Shanaz is our General Manager, bringing to Klinik Pergigian Fauziah a fresh and current perspective in its management.
To keep fit, healthy and practice a balance lifestyle, you would probably find Dr Shanaz at local pickleball courts or trail running in the jungles out of clinic hours. He also runs a dental academy with his partners to help dental professionals to upskill and hone their clinical skills.
Dr Shanaz has a special interest in Orthodontics and Root Canal Treatments, which are the bulk of his daily practice. He is currently a Key Opinion Leader of Clear Correct, a world leading Clear Aligner brand from Straumann group.
Dr. Nik Roslin Nik Sulaiman is from Kota Bharu, Kelantan. A University of Malaya graduate, Dr Nik was attached briefly with the Dental Faculty of University Sains Malaysia before leading the Dream Smile Team in Taman Melawati since 2006.
Dr. Nik loves singing! Patients often comment how she hums and sings softly whilst she works, crafting her makeovers, making them relaxed, and feeling well cared for. When not at the clinic, Dr. Nik spend her evenings and weekends baking and sewing. This gentle lady has a ready smile which makes her popular among kids and adults. Her secret to a beautiful personality is to have a healthy physical and spiritual life!
Dr. Dini grew up in Kuantan, Pahang. She too graduated from the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur and served in the Ministry of Health, before joining the Taman Melawati branch. She has 3 young daughters who take up much of her time whenever away from the clinic, yet still finds time to go on picnics and jungle trekking.
Dr. Dini’s flair for design and colour shows in everything she does. She creates beautiful makeovers after getting to know her patients with her quiet soft-spoken style. She brings elegance, beauty, and grace to her work, creating beautiful dream smiles every day.
Dr. Debbie graduated with a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery from MAHSA University and was awarded with Vice Chancellor Award of the year. She has served in the Ministry of Health for 2 years before joining Klinik Pergigian Fauziah. Since young she understood the importance of dental health and how it is is able to elevate someone’s confidence.
Dr Debbie strive to help each and every patient to achieve optimal dental health and best smile. she has special interests in orthodontics and aesthetic dentistry. She is a firm believer of life-long learning and constantly keeps up with recent advances to ensure that her patients are in good hands.
Being ever so versatile ,Dr Debbie is an indoor cycling instructor and sports enthusiast. She enjoys high intensity training which instill discipline in her daily life and practices a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Yeong is a dedicated general dentist who believes that great dental care starts with a comfortable, welcoming environment. After graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from MAHSA University, she has practiced in both public and private practice before joining Klinik Pergigian Fauziah. Passionate about where healthcare meets technology, she also holds a Joint Master’s in Health Informatics from the Karolinska Institutet and Stockholm University in Sweden.
With a focus on preventive care and long-term oral health, Dr. Yeong offers everything from routine cleanings to aesthetic treatments. Known for her gentle touch and clear communication, she takes the time to truly listen to her patients, ensuring every visit is a positive one.
Outside the clinic, she loves exploring new cultures through travelling and diving into different food scenes. These adventures give her a great sense of balance and a worldly perspective that she brings back to her patients and her practice.
Dr Apphia is a general dentist who has special interest in orthodontics and paediatric dentistry. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from MAHSA University and graduated as valedictorian.
She was always afraid of dentists as a child, but her perspective switched during her teen years after meeting dentists who showed her that dental treatments aren't always scary, and that dentists can help relieve pain instead of being the one inflicting them.
Dr Apphia's main goal is to provide quality and comfortable experiences for each of her patients so that there will be no fear of visiting the dentist, hence allowing everyone to have access to good oral health. She chose to focus on orthodontics and paediatrics as she believes early positive experiences will form a good foundation for long-term oral health.
Her favourite part of dentistry is the relationship and trust formed with patients over time; them introducing their family members or partners, eventually getting married or having children, and watching the children grow up little by little with every routine visit.
In her free time, Dr Apphia enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Dr. Shamir who had graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from MAHSA University in 2020, comes from a family of dentists, including their grandfather, father, mother, and brother.
In addition to their role as a dentist, Dr. Shamir also actively manages the HR department of Klinik Pergigian Fauziah, showing adeptness in ensuring a healthy work enviroment within each branch.
Dr. Shamir enjoys art and spends a lot of his time drawing on his iPad. He also sees dentistry as both a profession and a practical form of art. He enjoys traveling to different countries as well, often planning trips to South East Asia with his friends. Dr. Shamir also goes on runs often to stay in shape.
He has attended several courses and workshops in the past in the field of Aesthetic Dentistry and Oral Surgery. He has a keen interest in mastering Aesthetic Dentistry above all.
Dr. Lai is a general dental practitioner who holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from MAHSA University. Her professional journey includes significant experience in both government and private dental sectors, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the dental landscape before she joined the team at Klinik Pergigian Fauziah.
Driven by the potential for technology to enhance the patient experience, Dr. Lai furthered her expertise with a Joint Master’s in Health Informatics from the Karolinska Institutet and Stockholm University. She views prevention as the most important element of lifelong oral health and focuses heavily on oral hygiene awareness. Her goal is for every patient to walk away with a clear understanding of their dental health and a smile they are proud of.
Away from the dental chair, Dr. Lai is an avid adventurer with a love for the Great Outdoors. During her residency in Sweden, she discovered a passion for cycling, where it became one of her favourite ways to experience nature.
Klinik Pergigian Fauziah in Publika opened it’s doors in April 2014. This location is ideal as it is accessible from all major highways so as to allow patients from Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Putrajaya, Rawang and even Seremban to have no difficulty when coming to visit us. Publika is one of the more popular places to hang out in Kuala Lumpur, and so after your treatment you can shop, dine and even visit the numerous spas located in Publika.

The Taman Melawati branch started crafting beautiful smiles for our patients in it’s original location in 1988. In 2019, Klinik Pergigian Fauziah in Taman Melawati relocated to a more accessible ground floor premises, just a few meters away. This was in response to numerous requests by our patients who had been loyal to us over the years.
We took this opportunity to add 3 new exciting services which included the CBCT (3D xrays), air polishing and new orthodontic services such as the always popular Invisalign procedure. With all new specialized dental equipment, we are excited to continue to bring great quality service to our many patients who have been with for decades and welcome many new patients too.
